1st International Symposium on Wireless Communication Systems 2004
The objective of this symposium is to provide a forum for researchers and technologists to present new ideas and contributions in the form of technical papers, panel discussions as well as online demos of service applications or technologies related to the future wireless communication systems. This symposium, first in series to be held on a bi-annual basis in the proximity of the Indian Ocean, also intends to bring together various wireless communication systems developers to discuss the current status, technical challenges, standards, fundamental issue, and future services and applications in the form of panels and tutorials. ISWCS'04 seeks to address and capture highly innovative and state of the art research and work in the wireless industry. The scope of the conference includes a wide range of technical challenges in view of the growing interest for wireless access to Internet and the evolution of future wireless communications with access across hybrid platforms.
