Registration

IMPORTANT FOR AUTHORS: each paper needs to be covered by a registration and you need to insert the EDAS code of your paper in the online registration form. Authors of multiple papers need to insert all the EDAS codes in the registration form (there is an extra fee for each additional paper). Failure to meet these rules will cause your paper to be removed from proceedings and program.

If you need a VISA letter, after having completed your registration below, please send a request via email to iswcs09@dii.unisi.it specifying your details (i.e., first name, last name, nationality, your address, and passport number) and the EDAS code of your accepted paper(s).

* Students have to provide a proof of their status by sending via email a scanned copy of their student ID to iswcs09@dii.unisi.it, please use the subject "ISWCS09 student". Your student registration will not be processed until your student ID will be received.
