Hotel Arrangement

The conference has reserved some blocks of rooms at several hotels. Participants of ISWCS'07 are strongly recommended to make their hotel booking together with the registration as early as possible. Due to another event, Technoport Festival 2007, which will be held on the same days as ISWCS'07, hotels are extremely crowded in Trondheim during the conference.

Both conference registration and hotel booking are handled by NTNU Videre, an administrative branch of NTNU. Hotel booking is integrated with the conference registration process, which can be found here.

The following table shows the hotels, where we have reserved rooms, and their room rates per room per night. All hotels are within walking distance to the conference hotel, Radisson SAS Royal Garden Hotel. Both VAT and breakfast are included in the room rate. (The conference has no benifits from hotel booking.)

The following is a list of participants who are looking for partners sharing hotel rooms. If one has the interest in being added to the list, please send a request email to "iswcs07@item.ntnu.no" with "ISWCS07: Accommodation Sharing"  as the subject and name, gender and email address included in the body text. *This list is cleared.*
